I developed a love for pets at an early age and I have worked with animals, in various capacities, since 1979. I have over 25 years of grooming experience in both a salon setting and in conjunction with a boarding kennel. I have also worked at an animal hospital as an assistant and volunteered with dog and cat rescue groups.
While volunteering in cat rescue/adoption, I met a fellow cat lover who became my husband on May 8, 2004. I love animals and have a dog, two cats, one "step-cat" and a gerbil, all of which were rescued. I am a lifelong resident of the Northern Virginia area.
Starting my own mobile grooming business has been a long-time goal. I enjoy working personally with all my clients.
I could not have a dog when I was growing up, so I always played with other people's dogs when I was with them. I would say, "I'm going to have lots of dogs when I grow up"… and now I do!
